Foresight Intelligence Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to Foresight Intelligence, Inc. and we are committed to protecting that privacy. Not only do we strive to collect, use and disclose Personal Information in a manner consistent with the laws of the countries in which we do business, but we also aim to uphold the highest ethical standards in our business practices. This Statement of Privacy applies to Foresight Intelligence, Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively “Foresight”). This Statement discloses the information practices for Foresight’s Web sites, from what type of information about our Web sites’ users is gathered and tracked, to how the information is used, shared or otherwise processed offline. It also describes how cookies, web beacons and other technologies may be used in our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings and software products.


For purposes of this Policy, the following definitions shall apply: Foresight will refer to its applications and software solutions/products as “Service(s)”. “Personal Information” means any information or set of information that identifies or could be used by Foresight or its agents to identify an individual. Personal Information does not include information that is encoded or anonymized, or publicly available information that has not been combined with non-public personal information. In addition, Foresight will treat as sensitive Personal Information any information received from a third party where that third party treats and identifies the information as sensitive.

Personal Information Collection and Use

When using our site or registering for our services, you may provide us with contact information or account registration information which includes but is not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and company name. The information you provide will be used by us to administer your account, send you marketing emails, respond to your questions, and fulfill your business requests while using our services. If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you.

Foresight does not sell, rent or lease its Client lists to third parties.

Updating or Removing User Information

You may, at any time, choose to correct or update the information you have submitted to Foresight by updating your account on our website or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days.

If you cancel your account, your personal information and other information may be retained in our archive or backup records.

You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or you can contact us using the contact information found at the bottom of this policy.

Use of Cookies

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data

Foresight may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize Foresight pages, or register with Foresight or services, a cookie helps Foresight to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your Personal Information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to Foresight, the information that you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Foresight features that you customized.

You can accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Foresight services or websites you visit.

Use of Client Content by Foresight

Content consists of all data, software, and information that Member or its authorized users provides, authorizes access to, or inputs to the Service. Foresight Intelligence and its contractors, and subprocessors may access and use the Content for the purposes of providing, managing and enhancing its services and for research purposes.

You grant Foresight Intelligence the right to use Member’s Content and data that Member provides to the Service, regardless of your membership status, for Foresight Intelligence’s internal research, testing and development of improvements or enhancements to services or for the development of new services that provide a more tailored and meaningful experience for Members. Furthermore, Foresight Intelligence reserves the right to compile and analyze, in aggregated and anonymized format, summary information reflecting the use of Services by Member’s authorized users, and may prepare reports, studies, analysis and other work product resulting from this compilation and analysis. Foresight Intelligence retains ownership rights in and to the compiled data. In addition, Member agrees that Foresight Intelligence may upload Member’s machine Content only when anonymized to third parties for analysis in developing new enhancements and/or new Services.

Third-Party Sites

Our Service may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Your use of those third-party sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of each site, and we are not responsible therein. We encourage all Clients to review said privacy policies of third-parties’ sites.

Law Enforcement; Subpoenas

Foresight may disclose Personal Information, including the information you submit to the application service, with or without notice (a) if required by a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings, similar legal process or other judicial or administrative order, (b) where required by law, or (c) at our sole discretion, where we deem it necessary to protect the safety of any individual or the general public or to prevent violation of our agreements or the rights of Foresight or any third party.

Service Providers

We may provide your Personal Information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as offering customer service. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

Foresight And its Affiliates

Although Foresight currently operates as an independent corporation incorporated in the USA, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “affiliates”), may in the future receive some or all your personal information, in which case Foresight will require our affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

Change of Ownership

In the event of a change in ownership, or a direct merger or acquisition with another entity, we reserve the right to transfer all of Foresight’s user information, including Personal Information, to a separate entity. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you (by posting on our website or an email to the email address you provide when you register) of any change in ownership, merger or acquisition of Foresight assets by a third party, and you may choose to modify any of your registration information at that time.


Foresight uses industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the Personal Information under our control. Although we make good faith efforts to store the Personal Information collected by Foresight in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, Foresight cannot guarantee complete security. Further, while we take reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from obtaining this information.

We may retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

This privacy policy governs your use of the software applications (“Applications”) for mobile devices that were created by Foresight Intelligence, Inc. (“Foresight”) located at 7077 E. Marilyn Road, Building 6, Suite 150, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. The Applications are the methods for capturing the data from Bluetooth data devices (Trackers and Tags) and delivering the data to the Foresight servers in the cloud. The applications also configure the devices with the appropriate asset and company data.

What information do the Applications obtain and how is it used?

The Applications capture data from Bluetooth Trackers and Tags including:

  1. Company Identification
  2. User Identification
  3. Asset Identification
  4. Cumulative Machine or Motion Hours (CMH)
  5. Location based on Latitude and Longitude
  6. Battery Status

It will be used when the user is in the proximity of the equipment to capture or collect the asset’s CMH and location.

User Provided Information

The Applications obtain the information you provide when you download and register the Applications.
Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Applications unless you register with us.

When you register with us and use the Applications, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of the Applications, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using the Applications, such as contact information and project management information. We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Applications may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Applications.

Do the Applications collect precise real time location information of the device?

Yes. When you visit the mobile applications, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant advertisements. We will not share your current location with other users or partners.

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile applications located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile applications.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Applications?

Yes. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not make independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
  • if Foresight is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Applications easily by uninstalling the Applications. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile applications marketplace or network. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Applications and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Applications, please contact us at and we will respond in a reasonable time and make best efforts to honor your request. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Applications to function properly.


We do not use the Applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time. The Applications are for commercial use.


We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Applications. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
